Andrew Zimmerman started his college career at Santa Clara University where he earned a varsity letter before deciding to transfer to Stanford University. At Stanford, he was a three year letter winner and two time team captain his junior and senior year. He was also the Roy Young Toughness award winner his sophomore and senior years. Coach Zimm was on the NIT championship team his senior year and ended his career on a win. After graduating, Coach Zimm underwent two surgeries and decided to end his playing career to pursue a profession in healthcare.  Coach Zimm has exudes a passion for coaching and teaching, which makes him one of Bald Eagles finest coaches. He feels that “the lessons of great coaches and mentors who helped me to grow and flourish in my passion for basketball and life, are the primary motivations for me to coach as a way to pay it forward to the next generation.”
