Overview
PCA Certified High School and College level basketball coaches teaching the proper fundamentals through fun and exciting drills and game play. Camp runs Half Day in the morning from 9am-12noon. Campers will experience our Positive Coaching Alliance life message that helps improve confidence on the court and off. We emphasize having fun while working hard to improve at all of our camp events, so your child is sure to have a blast playing some quality basketball this Winter Break!
This camp offers an excellent mix of training and skill development coupled with competitions that are fun for any age level. Games are played in both small group half court along with full court 5 on 5. Camp is designed for beginner to intermediate players but advanced players often attend. Creative rules are implemented to balance out the variance in skill level, making it a great experience for all skill levels.
The Bald Eagle and Positive Coaching Alliance message emphasizes teamwork, encouragement and having a great attitude so campers consistently come away with a great experience and a deeper passion for the game of basketball.

Bald Eagle provides camp design for Beginner to Advanced youth players to have fun and improve at the game of basketball. Coaches
Coach Bob is the Founder & CEO of Bald Eagle Sports Camps. He has taught Special Ed and PE since 1995, currently at Los Altos HS. Coach Bob has over 25 years coaching experience from youth to collegiate, is a Certified Positive Coaching Alliance Trainer and holds two Credentials along with a Masters in Special Education. Coach Bob is a Co-Founder of TRUSALUS, a tech platform specializing in peak performance and injury recovery in youth athletes. Lastly, he has served for nearly 2 decades as a Board Member of the largest youth recreation league in the region, Foothill Youth Basketball.
As the previous Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Los Altos High School, Coach Bob led the Eagles to 2 SCVAL titles ('13,'14) and the schools first ever Central Coast Section Championship (2015). Bald Eagle Camps has been profiled in PCA's books and Coach Bob was named by PCA as a Development Zone Leadership Fellow. Coach Bob believes children should have a place to feel encouraged, included, cared for, safe from bullying, free from negativity and expected to have as much fun as possible. At the same time, children need direction on how to be their best person in every given moment.
