Bald Eagle is a leader in building up our youth to impact the world in a positive manner. The PT&M Program is yet another effort to provide quality skill development and peer influence to local youth, while at the same time creating opportunities for the teenage leaders of the future to generate leadership experience, income and college resume highlights.
Skill Sessions and Character Development discussion topics are professionally designed by our Founder, Coach Bob McFarlane. Coach Bob has been a teacher, coach and community leader in the area of youth sports for over 25 yrs. He holds 2 teaching credentials, a Masters Degree in Special Ed, is a Positive Coaching Alliance Certified Trainer, has won multiple varsity level coaching championships as well as a Section Title. Coach Bob has built the Bald Eagle Sports Camp system around the Bay Area in his part time while teaching a full time job at Los Altos HS, running a varsity basketball program, and raising a family of 3 with his wife Glenda. He is driven to have an impact in the community and build up young leaders to live a life of positive impact.
Bald Eagle serves upwards of 2000 youth annually and is known for its development and nurturing of our worlds "Leaders Of Tomorrow". The PT&M program is yet another compliment to the Coach In Training Program (CIT) as well as the extensive training system in place to PCA Certify, employ, train and develop teenagers to live a life of positive impact.

Coach Bob is the Founder & CEO of Bald Eagle Sports Camps. He has taught Special Ed and PE since 1995, currently at Los Altos HS. Coach Bob has over 25 years coaching experience from youth to collegiate, is a Certified Positive Coaching Alliance Trainer and holds two Credentials along with a Masters in Special Education. In his 4 years as the Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Los Altos High School he led the Eagles to 2 SCVAL titles ('13,'14) and the schools first ever Central Coast Section Championship (2015). Recently named by PCA as a Development Zone Leadership Fellow, Coach Bob believes children should have a place to feel encouraged, included, cared for, safe from bullying, free from negativity and expected to have as much fun as possible. At the same time, children need direction on how to be their best person in every given moment.View all our coaches
Despite everything mentioned already, the PT&M program provides excellent, professionally developed skill specific training to youth at a very reasonable rate for private instruction.
