LOCATION OF SESSIONS

Location of training sessions is determined by parent and coach.  Typically sessions occur at a home court or at a school located near both parties.

AGREEMENT BY PARENT & COACH

Future sessions must be paid for through BESC and not directly to the coach.  Sessions cannot occur until payment has been made and BESC approves coach to do the scheduled session.

Coaches sign a contract saying that they cannot accept direct payment from parents or they will face termination from program and all future clients.  Parents, by signing our Liability Waiver during registration, agree that they will not offer payment directly to our coaches or are subject to having all future services denied.  Coaches are instructed to deny payment and inform us immediately of the parent violation.  Please understand, we are trying to build young leaders with a high degree of integrity and do not want to associate them with community members who don't abide by agreements.  We are also trying to sustain offering this business service to the community.
