Overview

MULTI-SPORTS CAMP OVERVIEW

Our famed "non-traditional" Multi-Sports Camp offers unique games mixed with traditional favorites meshed in an atmosphere of inclusion and teamwork.  Our activities are engaging for any level of athleticism as long and we are known for getting even the laziest kids up and moving...and loving it!  We believe everyone can have a passion for an active life, but sadly school and  youth sports programming often turns off some kids who think they don't fit in.  Programming design influenced by our Founders Special Ed & PE degrees makes for a culture that fits EVERY child. With a dynamic and diverse variety of movement activities, campers will finish the week saying "more Bald Eagle!"  We see it every year, and as one parent recently said, "it was great to see how excited they were to come back again & again!", or "this is the only camp my kids demand to do over & over!"  Program is definitely important, but it's our engaging, energetic and passionate coaches that really make the atmosphere magnetic to every camper!

Daily Programming

The unique games and camp design are indicative of it's founder who values making sure everyone feels included, everyone has fun, everyone gets exercise, everyone is respectful and everyone feels competitively challenged.

MORNING:  Campers stay with their teams in the morning while playing in highly inclusive yet competitive non-traditional games, many of which involve Gator Skin Nerf Balls and Zaber Soft Swords.  These highly creative games that are loved by every camper help to bond the teammates and coaches together.  It also allows their coaches to reinforce our camp life message delivered the first 15min of each day.

AFTERNOON:  Campers get to enjoy our famed GO ZONE Free Choice Period where they decide between a myriad of structured activities all across campus. They simply LOVE to decide what fun activity to do! Their choices include more traditional sports like soccer, basketball, whiffle-ball, hockey, inflatables and swimming (some locations), and many more. Additionally, one station is always the GO ZONE Activity Arcade which has indoor activities like ping pong, air hockey, foosball, arts & crafts, yoga, dance, board games, balloon ball, etc.  All activities are well organized and led by our coaching staff. We wrap up the camp day by coming back together with their coach and teammates for one final team game before dismissing with an icy treat.

MESSAGE: The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) message that's taught each morning is the umbrella over all that we do at Bald Eagle. Beyond the elaborate programming standards, the biggest difference between Bald Eagle and our competitors really is the culture generated by the camp message. Our PCA Certified Double Goal Coaches are committed to creating an environment that is empowering, uplifting, inclusive and encouraging. That commitment translates to the campers and they too strive to reach their own personal mountain top.  Isn’t that what youth sports should do? At Bald Eagle it really happens!

Be sure to visit our PCA page to read more about our message, or contact us in person to discuss any questions you have about our camp.  Email our team@baldeaglecamps.com anytime at all!

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS (Summer Camps)

**Updated cancellation policy due to COVID-19.

Bald Eagle Sports Camps has always been generous with NO change fees and a full refund by May 1st for any cancellations.  But, given our current world crisis we feel the need to be the most generous camp in the industry...

  • Changing our cancellation policy during the summer to only 1 weeks notice instead of 2 weeks with no May deadline
  • Waiving ALL FEES if you choose to go with a Bald Eagle Account credit vs a full refund on cancellations
  • Decreasing late change fees (within 1 week) by 50% for Full Refunds. You can also choose an account credit with zero fees
  • We have NEVER charged any fees for changing sessions and never will. :)
  • Obviously, if a camp session cancels full refunds will be issued immediately

See summary of Cancellation Policy below. These terms shall apply to any registration made through June 1st at which time we will re-evaluate our policies based on the current status of the novel coronavirus.

Finally...STAY POSITIVE!!  Our first camp session for summer 2020 starts on June 8th and we feel encouraged that camp will take place as planned.  The world must go on and parents need to work, so we will be ready and available as long as kids will be safe.  We are already fully staffed for the summer! The coaches are excited and ready for the kids to show up! Please reach out if you have suggestions on how we can serve our families better through this crisis.

SUMMARY OF CANCELLATION POLICY (policy re-evaluated end of May for registrations posted after JUNE 1st, 2020)

Bald Eagle families can cancel any summer camp registration, at any location, free of charge up until 1 week prior to your camp starting.  To cancel within 1 week prior to the start of your camp session, families have the following options....

1.  Cancel your registration less than 1 WEEK prior to the start of camp session and receive a full refund to your credit card, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

2.  Cancel your registration less than 1 WEEK prior to the start of camp session and receive a full credit to your Bald Eagle Account, with ZERO fees.  All fees will be waived this year when you choose account credits. Credits do not expire and can be used for any future event, at any location, year round.

**Within 1 week of camp we reserve the right to only offer Option #2, particularly if a camp has been full and registration closed prior to your cancellation.  We will try to fill your spot and if successful we will also offer you Option #1, but there are no guarantees.

**Obviously, if a camp session cancels full refunds will be issued immediately in the same manner payment was made
